We loved the convenient location near several dining options and the proximity to the airport was a huge plus. The room was clean and had plenty of space for our group.
The breakfast selection was somewhat scarce, but we managed to find nearby places to eat.

It started with the very unprofessional staff at the front desk. In the middle of checking in I was asking the gentleman a couple of questions & he began speaking with a housekeeper and what appeared to be a maintenance man who were "hanging out" in the very unwelcoming lobby. The indoor pool area reaked of mildew. We had open electrical boxes in our room. Carpets needed to be steam cleaned more often. No hangers on clothes pole that was maybe 24" long in a suite.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, particularly good location close to restaurants. Reasonably spacious and updated rooms come with exceptionally comfortable beds. Location just off restaurants, stores ect and a Harley shop.

Check-in was seamless, thanks to the friendly front desk staff who provided great dining recommendations. The room offered ample space and cleanliness. The outdoor pool was inviting and well-maintained, with a sense of safety that was appreciated. The breakfast selection fell short of expectations, lacking variety, and there was some noise from adjacent rooms that could disrupt sleep. The location is prime with various dining options nearby.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.
We had two rooms. One room looked clean though the furnishings seemed somewhat worn. However, the refrigerator was not working, so I checked and found that the plug was not firmly in place; I did not want to reach behind the dresser to secure the plug because of the collection of dust there. The other room had only two towels although we booked the room for three people. One of those towels was either stained (I think) or already dirty as were the sheets on one of the beds. The carpet in the hallway was torn, loose in places, and terribly stained with what looked like blood. The outside door at one end of the hall was not completely closed, so anyone could have come in. We did not feel totally safe there.

Close to the event I was attending.
As a former Chattanoogan I was disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. Arrived at 4:30 a.m. and no lobby for check-in, i had to check-in through a glass window that was shut in my face while I stood outside. It took a minimum of ten minutes did not feel comfortable that the area had people circling parking lot and kids standing around a truck asking for assistance of a jack. Would not recommend the Days Inn-Chattanooga Airport

Great stopover for family visits
The staff's assistance in choosing dinner options was invaluable. The room really impressed us with its spaciousness, especially after a long day. The nearby fast food options were so convenient. Don't miss the pool. It's clean and feels safe for the kids!

We did not like the hotel and did not feel safe or clean.
It was very run down and dirty.

It was close to the interstate.
It was raggedy on exterior, garbage on ground outside rooms, smelly inside, filthy carpet and pool area was poorly cleaned & supervised. The room and amenities looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was more like an extended stay slum motel.

The rooms offer decent space, awesome for a comfortable night's sleep, with a clean environment that's appreciated after a long journey. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for the price, with a cozy respite at the end of the day.
The breakfast options are quite limited, lacking variety and quality, which could be disappointing for those expecting a fulfilling start to the day. While the furnishings are functional, they definitely show their age was good. Lastly, the noise from adjacent rooms can be a little intrusive, which may disrupt light sleepers.

It didn't smell terrible.
Staff was dressed like slobs. Loose wires hanging from ceiling in office was bad sign. Missing remote for tv and Wi-fi problems which staff couldn't help with. Run-down place with sloppy rennovations, if any. Chose for Days Inn reputation and paid more, it was mistake.

Price was reasonable
This motel needs to be completely renovated from top to bottom. Carpet is awful, doorseals have openings where all insects roaches etc can come in,walls need cleaned sanitized and painted, bedding needs replacing mattresses, do away with comforters and replace with washable sheets and blankets, bath room fixture need replacing, along with lighting. As I said top to Bottom. Side walks need cleaning
